Signs
Flags and signs are important signalling elements on building façades, at fairs, etc. In terms of design and production, there are two main rules:
- Respect the logo’s free space. The logo requires air. The examples show the minimum permitted free space, but ideally we should give it even more space.
- Background in any of the primary colours, or all-black or all-white.
If the signs need spicing up with the brand decoration, this should be done in accordance with the rules on the page Brand decoration and be approved by the regional Olofsfors’ marketing department. We do not recommend using the decoration on overly sheer/translucent materials, and the background colour of the sign must be white, the dark grey primary colour or black.
Flags
Here the same rules apply as for signs, i.e. the logo’s free space must be respected. On beach flags, banners or standards, the logo can be used in a vertical position, but always with the O at the top.
